Please allow between to 2-5 business days to process your order. We will provide all orders with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Any custom or import duty fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as custom policies and import duty fees vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipping charges, custom charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duty fees or taxes. We cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. We are not responsible for any delays due to custom clearance. This is applicable for all online purchases on perhapsgallery.xyz
